Cannot find Shortcut Bar due to not in Startup Group.
Cause:
The Office 95 Shortcut Bar is not in the Windows 95 Startup Group folder. This prevents it from starting whenever Windows is started.
Solution:
Locate MSOFFICE.EXE and open it to run the Shortcut Bar then add the Shortcut Bar to the Startup Group.
1) Right-click on the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Explore' from the Shortcut menu.
3) Select the 'Programs' menu in the left window. (The contents of the Program menu display in the right-hand window.)
4) Do one of the following:
a) If the MSOffice Shortcut Bar icon is listed in the right-hand window:

1] Select the MSOffice Shortcut Bar icon.
2] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Move'.
3] Open the 'Startup' folder.

4] Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste' to paste the Shortcut Bar.
b) If the MSOffice Shortcut Bar icon is not listed in the right-hand window:
1] Keep the Explorer window open.
2] Select the 'Start' menu and select 'Find'.
3] Select 'Files or Folders...'.
4] Type MSOFFICE.EXE in the 'Find What' box.
5] Select 'Include all Subfolders'.
6] Click 'Find Now'.(The MSOFFICE.EXE icon displays in the window.)
7] Drag-and-drop the MSOFFICE.EXE icon from the 'Find' window onto the 'Startup' folder in the open Explorer window.
NOTE: A Shortcut is automatically created in the Startup group.
8] Double-click on the Shortcut Bar icon to start the Office Shortcut Bar.
NOTE: When the computer is rebooted, the Shortcut Bar will automatically be loaded.
